Things I've Been Making Lately

I can't really claim these two outfits, Santa brought them to Mallory for Christmas. Santa brought both of Mallory's American Girl Dolls, Sonali and Addy, a dress, a blouse, a hat, a pillow and a blanket. I wish I had the pattern for these because they turned out pretty cute! This is me and my Mom. I made myself a little scarf out of some of my leftover yarn.

I've made several of these hats lately
and here are a few pictures of some of my favorite people wearing them.
This is my grandaughter, Olivia wearing her blue hat

These are two of my beautiful sisters, Cathy and Stacey.

looks so cute in her hat!!

This is my niece, Jessica wearing a gray hat I made for her.
Isn't she beautiful?!?!?!!!!!

I love making the hats and I'm glad all the girls are enjoying them!
I have more things to show you, but I'll save them for another day.

Have a wonderful day!!

How fun! O.K. are you gonna tell me how to make these cute cute hats! I love them. I love the scarf too. I can crochet a little bit. I am so glad you are back but I am glad you got to be with family. The dolls are so sweet!I am so glad you are gonna join in the sew in. I have had so much extra work lately but I have been trying to do 30 minutes a day in my sewing room. Then by the time the sew in comes I am ready to go. Also the OPAM really makes me accountable. I think it will help us, don't you? I already have finished something for Jan. and if it hadn't been for OPAM I would not have. I am also doing something else new that has nothing to do with sewing starting in Feb. - Just what I need, something else to do.....but it is just for me! I will tell you more about it later when I get more info. Love you.

I used to want an American Girl doll when I was little. My Mom read the books to me when I was little. I didn't know if they still made them.
I love your hats! They are so cute! You havbe such a lovely family.
Have a great weekend, Lindsey

Sherry, I woke up this morning and found one of your coasters on the floor. As I picked it up I thought, "We have Sherry all over our house." Every time I cook I use one of your potholders, I see Sophia in her cute hats, wearing my apron and more. You are everywhere and thought of often. That is what I love about homemade. You feel that person is always with you. I like you being with me. :)

It's so nice to see your family, especially your mom and sisters. I bet it was great to see them and spend time chatting, etc.

My DIL made this up using the pictures of my 5 oldest boys. So funny!
